BCM won't open Coffy 2 U 12/24/2008 2:37:01 PM I just upgraded from Office 2003 to Office Enterprise 2007 and I am unable to open my Business Contacts. I receive the following error: "The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occured. MAPI was unable to load the information service IrisMS.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured." Can you help with this?

Re: BCM won't open Coffy 2 U 12/25/2008 5:49:00 PM Raul, This did not work. I read that not all Enterprise's come with BCM, is this true? If so, can you downlod just the BCM or will I have to purchase a new Outlook w/ BCM?
