Very Much a NO. It is a very immature product goaing as far as not offering features we've had for 15 years and even diabling active features that are in Outlook but not available in BCM. The SQL is unstable and slows production machines. But be yond stability it CANNOT do any of the things a CRM does. It is a good email package, but as a Microsoft employee told me. "you have letters, Oh no we don't support writing letters just email". They are not in the real world.
