send text or xml to oneNote rather than sending a file

The example from Daniel Escapa showing how to write a program to send a file
to oneNote is great, but I want to send text - or xml - to one note instead.
I'm not sure which element in the schema to use. Can someone give me some
insight on which one to use? Do I need to format it as HTML first?

Check out a new text importer powertoy I wrote at
http://blogs.msdn.com/johnguin. It imports text files from a directory into
OneNote.
