Clinton,
Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, I tried what you suggested and it does not appear to work. I have uninstalled BCM and reinstalled it several times. I have also deleted the databases (no small feat I might add...) from the new drive and re-copied the old database over from my old drive.
When starting BCM up after reinstalling it it asks me to create new database. However, there is no "advanced startup option," to select. Consequently, when I click the create new database it never gives me the option to select the database which I have transferred to the location C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager. It just goes off and creates a new database.
The version of Outlook I am using is: Outlook 2003 (11.6568.6568) SP2? Any other suggestions?
Regards,
J.P.
