I bought Office 2003 Pro specifically for BCM, which all reports and MS said contained it. It apparently does not, but comes as an add-in later, unless installed as OEM. Am I not entitled to it, and how do I get it from MS.

I believe that you are entitled to it. You obviously could check with Microsoft, but I believe that when I bought 2003 pro I downloaded BCM from the web.

Thanks, thats very encouraging. Now, I have looked, but am unable to find the download site, just upgrades for OL2003 w/BCM. If it no longer exists, where on that big MS beast is the ear that will listen my that request?? Maybe it's dried up too.

I think the BCM 2003 "upgrade" is BCM v2, and does not require an earlier installation--if you have Outlook 2003, you should be able to install it.

Worked like a charm. File title was BCM for Outlook 2003. Was a 177 Mb file, and installed just fine. Many thanks.

Luther, and others,
Let me clarify that source. Title was BCM Update for Outlook 2003. It was dated 6/14/2005. File size of this was just over 1 Mb, but d-load link was 177 Mb. Further, it was located on the next to last page of that thread, which was Ol2003 & BMC downloads.
