Office Home/Student 2007 / PC died

I bought the home/student edition and have installed it on 3 PC's. One of
the PC's has died and I will be buying a new laptop. Can I install the
product again even though I had previously activated it on 3 PC's? Or will
I be forced to buy another version of the product?

You can install it. Remove any version of Office trial that the
manufacturer installed first on your new system. Put in your install disk,
start the install and for activation you may have to telephone for the
activation if online activation fails. The number will be supplied to you
if the online activation does fail. If you speak to a person just explain
the circumstances and the activation code will be given to you to type in.
Normally pretty simple.
