Make a copy of the file to send to your customer. To accept all changes in the copied file, select Tools -> Track Changes. From the Track Changes (or Reviewing) Toolbar, select "Accept All Changes in Document" from the Accept Change icon's pull-down menu. Secondly, if there are comments in the document, select "Delete All Comments in Document" from the Reject Change/Delete Comment icon's pull-down menu.
