VoIP recordings in OneNote

I do a lot of teleconferences where I like to take notes, and would prefer to
have the audio record to refer back to. Is there a way to configure OneNote
to have the audio input capture the same that I have on my headphones, and
not just the computer mic?

If the phone software can be configured as an audio device which appears in
the devices list, then yes. Sorry I can't be more specific.

To follow-up on Erik's reply: you can find several devices that will
tap into the phone line and feed it into the line-in port on your
sound card. (The one from Radio Shack sucks, by the way.) Then just
use that as your audio source for the OneNote recording.

I've heard also of a way to use your modem to do this, but I have no
first-hand experience in this regard.
