No. Just Patrick said: The Office 2003 apps have to be *installed*. This means to say that one can not install Office 2003 apps *after* OneNote 2007 has been installed. All of the Office apps have to be be installed *before* installing ON2007.

Office 2007 does *not* need Vista. It works pretty fine under XPO.
Apart: There are several drawbacks when using Outlokk 2003 together witzh ON 2007. The advanced features for the cooperation of Outlook and ON require Outlook 2007.
