Rich text memo field and formatting toolbars Tieske 11/22/2008 8:35:02 AM Hi, I could use some help on the following; In Access 2007, I'm having a form (popup, not modal), the form has a subform which displays a rich text memo field. Problem; there are no formatting options available to apply the rich text features. The command bar is disabled, and I noticed that the minitoolbar (which displays when you hover over selected text in the field) doesn't show when the field is in a subform. solutions? 1) I could probably create some work around and put the field on the main form, which would enable the mini-toolbar, but thats cumbersome 2) possibility to create my own rich-text toolbar in the header of the subform? I'd like to go for option 2 because it more intuitive for the user that the richtext features are available. But can it be done? and if so, any advice on how to do it? thx for your help...
