Difference between Groove zync and One Note Zync X-Amish 5/24/2007 5:25:00 AM I have been using Groove for some time now and like it because it is vary simple to keep in zync with all my coworkers. My question is this...how is ON different then Groove when it come to staying in zync with my coworkers? Does it pretty much work the same way?

I don't know if you have tried this but with Microsoft Office Groove you can synchronize your files and other items on your Groove workspace with your co-workers as long as you have an internet connection. I think the synchronization feature in OneNote requires that you and your co-workers should be in the same Local Area Network. -- Chester C. So for example, if you use Groove with a OneNote notebook, then each section is synced at once, because one file represents a section. With OneNote sync, each item on the page can be synced separately. So for example, with Groove sync, no two people can work in the same OneNote section at the same time, or you have a serious problem. With OneNote sync, two people can work on the same page at the same time (one should avoid working on the same note container though) and there is no problem at all to combine the work of both people together.
