Registry Ties

I just repaired my system registry as Windows XP was not loading up at all. I
did it manually and the registry was taken back to February prior to my
office suite installation. The suite itself is still here however it no
longer appears in add/remove programs and most likely has lost its ties to
the system registry due to the restoration. The programs no longer function
as they are not tied to the registry. How do I fix this without having to
reinstall?
