When I make some nice arrows, frame, circle... in text or image, if I add mor
text, the arrow stay there and overlap the text: it dose not follow.

That's only too natural as what you draw is graphical object (image)
which is handled separately form text in a text container.

Unfortunately the current version of ON does not have a
grouping/anchoring feature and won't be such feature until the next
version of ON.
So we simply have to live with this shortcoming and move around arrows
etc. manually.
