BCM 2007 not installed from digital locker download ebd 2/13/2007 12:59:00 PM I bought Office Pro 2007 upgrade from the MS digital locker. One file (x12-30196.exe) was downloaded and it installed everything except BCM. It is not listed in add/remove, not listed as an option to install, cannot find it anywhere. There is no 2nd download in the digital locker as others have said the trial version has. I don't want a complicated fix, I just want the file to install. Thank you.

In the meantime, please retrieve download 2 of Office Pro from the trial site at http://us1.trymicrosoftoffice.com/. You'll have to go through entering your contact info, but since BCM does not require a separate key, you should be ready to go. Please let me know if this works for you.
