I uninstalled the Business Contact Manager software.
The message no longer displays.
The "strange" thing is that the Business Contact Manager had been on my
workstation for over one year until some probable Microsoft Update (either on
the Exchange Server or on my workstation) woke some feature in Outlook on my
workstation.
