Global Updating of Fields

How can I globally replace information in contact fields? Example: If
company changes it's name, how do I do a "find & replace" on the company
field for BCM contacts? Please don't tell me I need to edit every record
individually! Every Msft program known to man has a Find & Replace funtion,
why doesn't Outlook w/BCM?

Even if there is no Find & Replace is there an ACT! like company "folder"
that can be setup for a company's name, address, etc. where you can link that
to a contact record. That way you can just update the folder and all contact
records are automatically updated.
