Share Database between BCM 2003 and 2007

We are using BCM 2003 at my worksplace currently. We are going to be
upgrading over the next few months to 2007 but we would like to make it a
slow process and train on the way.

Is there a way for the people who have already upgraded to 2007 access and
update databases still being used by people running BCM 2003 and vise versa?

Chazz:

No, you've got to have all users sharing the same database on the same
version.
