A capacitor is an electrical/electronic device that can store energy
in the electric field between a pair of conductors (called "plates").
The process of storing energy in the capacitor is known as "charging",
and involves electric charges of equal magnitude, but opposite
polarity, building up on each plate.

Your question, if indeed it is a question, may be better answered in a
newsgroup appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the
Microsoft Access database product.

No question. He is just trying to drive traffic to his website so he can
collect money for Google ads. Which is against the rules for Google ads.

It can be induced that while there is resistance in the community to doing
this Henry is OK with it.

(Mega Watts and Tesla Coil rode over the Whetstone bridge...)

Mike, that's reVolting. And Tom, no, they don't have the capacity.

Watt are you saying? I predict resistance to that.
