There are lots of ways and software available to make address lists, but if you want it to work in conjunction with Word then it has to be Outlook. If you want it to form the basis of a mail merge you can create a data source from the merge ribbon tools - http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm or you can create a simple table - http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm
