I'm trying to create a Custom Form similar to the one shown here:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb226712.aspx and not able to figure
out how to do it.
I need to create a form where I can have multi-lines for notes. All I can do
now is just a single line of entry. Then I need to be able to save it to the
History File.
Also, is there a way to remove the Business Card from the form too?
