Hi,
Select the entire range you want to print and choose File, Print Area, Set Print Area Now go to File, Page Setup and choose the Page tab and click Scale, Fit to and put in what you want in pages wide by tall. 1 by 1 will fit the entire print range on a single sheet.
Note this has nothing to do with the Shrink to fit option - all that does is squeeze the text in the current cell down to a size that fits in than cell without wrapping the text or changing the font size.
