OneNote seems to have a minimum drawing line length, even with the <Alt> key.
As soo as you start drawing hte line springs to about 5mm in length and can
hot be shorter other than by using the eraser later. Can this be changed?

As far as I can tell, no. That seems to be the minimum length of a line. My
guess is that it has to do with how the lines are built. They are ink
strokes. I don't know that the dev team ever expected us to need a shorter
line than that.
