Is there a way to manipulate lines within a page?

I use One Note as a fantastic task list (as per david Rasmussen's blog).
However, the list has grown quite large and I need to segragate the flagged
(not completed ) tasks from the checked (tasks completed).
I cant seem to highlite and move individual lines.

You can do this with keyboard with:
Alt-Shift-Up/Down arrow

Also you can cut & paste and finally you can drag and drop the items by
highlighting the whole page.

It'd be nice to be able to that with tables as well.
