Deleting Templates

I have downloaded some templates into OneNote that I no longer use - i.e.
2008 Monthly Calendars. How do I get rid of them?

The OneNote templates are stored at:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates

That assumes XP or prior versions.

In Vista:

c:\users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates
