Which trial product did you download and install?
If you installed Home and Student, it doesn't come with Outlook.
These versions do come with Outlook and have trials available:
Office Standard http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/FX101674071033.aspx
Small Business http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/FX101674111033.aspx
Professional http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/FX101674091033.aspx
The other versions either are volume licensed versions or don't have Outlook with them or don't have a trial available.
