Data lost when exported from Access 2007 report to Word 2007

I created a report in Access 2007 using a table as the source. The report
looks fine in Access. However, when I export it to Word 2007, it loses some
lines of data--not on every page, however. Some pages are fine, others are
missing a line in the middle; some miss a line at the end. If I export it to
a text file, this does not happen; nor does it happen when I export to .pdf
file. I have tried everything, but can not explain this. I want to export to
Word to take advantage of the Table of Contents creation...

Hi,

The report export to Word, text, Excel, HTML, and anything other than
Snapshot format has never impressed me. One possibility might be to do it in
reverse; create a primary merge document in Word, link to the Access database
and do a merge into a new document, which you can then save and manipulate as
desired.
