Yes, you can do that. The recommended way is to backup the database on your old computer. You can create backup by going to Business Contact Manager menu in Outlook, then Database Tools, then Manage Database. You will see option to backup. This will create a backup file (with extension .msbcm if using BCM with Outlook 2003). Transfer this file to your new computer. On your new computer, after BCM is configured you can restore this database file.
