During the beta, the BCM product group and Microsoft beta support personnel would usually respond to any reply sent to the Business Contact Manager Team (bcmteam[ at ]microsoft.com) and provide troubleshooting assistance.
Now that the beta period is over, support for BCM 2007 can be obtained in a variety of ways - phone, e-mail and chat. Please see this link to get your support options for your region:

Any e-mail sent to the Business Contact Manager Team will probably have this link in an auto-reply, so this is our effort to set proper expectations without making you wait for a reply with the same message as above. <g>
