How do I copy Outlook "Contact" record to a "Business Contact" rec

Is there an easy or automatic way to copy existing information from an
Outlook Contact record to the more detailed Outlook Business Contact record?
Currently I'm using multiple cut and pastes. There's got to be a better way!

Yep, it's really easy -- just drag and drop the contact from the Contacts
folder to the Business Contacts folder. BCM and Outlook figure out which
fields to map and it works just fine.

If you want to copy selected Outlook contacts, hold the CTRL key as you click
on them. Then use the right mouse button to drag the selected contacts to
the "Business Contacts" folder in Business Contact Manager. When you release
the right mouse button, you'll have the option to copy or move the selected
contacts.

You can also open an individual Outlook Contact, click the round Office
button in the upper-left corner of the form and choose "Move | Copy to
folder" from the menu. Then select the "Business Contacts" folder in
Business Contact Manager.

If you'd like to import all Outlook contacts, follow these steps:
From the main Outlook menu, select "File | Import and Export | Business
Contact Manager for Outlook... | Next | Outlook Contacts folder". Then
follow the remaining wizard steps.
