Many thanks Luther.
We are looking to switch over to the Accounting package so in hindsight deleting records may not be the most sensible idea. On reflection, is it possible to exclude records from the 'Link to Record' list? I was hopeful that the 'Active' flag would achieve this but it appears that is not the case. I've even tried to find the SQL Stored procedure for this to have a play around but haven't found it yet.
thanks again
Phil
