Yes, assuming you're talking about the to-do flag rather than the Outlook task flag.
Select all of them, then click the to-do tag again. That will toggle them to the next stage, which is the checked to-do tag. Doing it again removes the tag entirely.
If you're talking about the Outlook task flag, that's a different matter. You'll need to go into Outlook, select them all, then right-click and select "Mark Completed" (if that option is available -- I don't know offhand and am not in a position to try it right now).
