I am running Vista Ultimate with Office 2007. When I try to open Outlook 2007 with BCM it freezes up and has to be closed with the task manager. When I reopen Outlook an error message comes up that says, "Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'business contact manager for outlook add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?" .. I then disable BCM and Outlook opens fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled BCM and have done various update checks and system checks... everything comes back normal. Any suggestions?
