Best Practices? vcwillia 10/14/2008 8:41:01 PM We are "testing" BCM for our Marketing group with the hopes of deploying it to all our attorneys. While we get how the system works in general and we haven't run into any particular bugs, we're a little frustrated about the lack of information on usage of BCM. Does anyone know of any "best practices" documents or resources out there? We have a few specific questions but more than anything we're trying to figure out exactly how we'd use this product. Thanks!
