Can't find out how to get a pop up calendar in my forms
BillD 1/1/2009 3:03:00 AM
I am trying to find someone who can tell me how to get a pop up calendar to
work on my forms. I have two or three text boxes that need to have dates
filled in. I have seen on some other data base files where forms will have a
combo box and when you select the down arrow a monthly calendar will pop open
that you can select a date that will then show up in the combo box, and you
can advance through to any month and any year that you need to.

I would like to be able to use that in my data base as the three dates that
need to be entered are sometimes up to 6 to 8 months out. I have looked
through the help section and can't find anything on this.

I am not advanced at Access so if someone can help me with this I will need
you to please explain how to do it in somewhat simple and complete terms.

Thanks

There is one that comes with your version of Access and it is covered in
help.
There are any number of them on-line and this is one of the most popular
ones.http://allenbrowne.com/ser-51.html
This page has instructions.
