Outlook 2007 not getting new emails
dsg800 11/20/2008 6:06:00 PM
I have a user who Is able to open there Outlook and new mail will be there.
During the day Outlook will not bring in new mail. She has to manually go to
Send/Receive before any new mail will come in. We are using Outlook 2007,
Exchange server 20007. Her settings all seem to be the same as everyone
else. We are working in cached mode. Her folders will not update. It will
say Folders last updated and give a time. Everyone else will say All Folders
are up to date. Thanks for the help.

You would do better asking in an Outlook forum than in a Word mail merge
forum?
