Now that SP4 is available for BCM 2003 need help installing

Hello,

I am quite happy to see that there has been a release of service pack 4 for
BCM 2003 so that I can use it with my new Vista Home Premium OS and SBA. I
just need to get some step by step instructions because I am clearly not
doing it right on my own. :(

I tried to install BCM this morning figuring I needed it installed before I
tried to install the sevice pack. Made sense and I believed the application
needed to be there or you could have an issue with this. When I completed
install and computer restarted I got the blue screen twice and ended up
having to go into safe mode and restrore to before the install. So my
question is what am I missing here? Do I install the service pack BEFORE the
actuall BCM application? I have read everything that was put out in the KB
and with the download but it's not telling me how to get it running on my
Vista! Can anyone help me perhaps you have already done it?

Thanks in advance for any help!

The order to install SP4 is as follows:

1) Install office 2003
2) Install BCM 2003
3) Install BCM 2003 sp4 patch.
