Track Changes Té 12/9/2008 10:25:03 PM Is there a way I can hide all changes made when I turn on the track changes feature? For example, if I send a document to someone else and they are editing the document (while I'm tracking changes) is there a way to set it up where the tracking isnt visible to them? I know you can do this in Excel, but it isnt working in Word for me. Thank you!

If so, then tell the person to change the view on the reviewing toolbar (or ribbon) from final showing markup to final.
