The major draw back in this case would mean you lose any of the added features bcm prodives for its own contacts, (namely Email Auto Assoications). If you want to keep them all in the BCM, you have two options. One is to create an account called "Personal" and link all your person contacts to it. When you add the second contact file, a pop up dialog will appear notifying you that a similar contact already exists. However, you can choose the 'Add this as a new Business Contact' option to add the new duplicate contact. Thanks.
