Word 2007 - how to revise fonts in Comments?
Terri 12/11/2008 3:16:06 PM
When I used Word 2003 I could easily go in and change the fonts used in
Comments. All of document formatting options were contained in the "Options"
but now I can't find it. Is there some central place in Word 2007 where I can
set these types of options?

Display the styles dialog e.g. ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+S and set the option to
display all styles. Comments are formatted with the Comment Text style which
can be edited to taste.

'Options' are accessed by clicking the Pizza button (top left) and click
Word Options at the bottom of the dialog.
