Three additional notes to this issue:
-I am not running this through a Citrix session. It's just a Citrix computer. However, Outlook is a published app. -Each time I try to start up the BCM configuration wizard, the application log logs the following information alert: "Starting up database 'MSSmallBusiness'." (It's just showing that the Small Business SQL database is starting when I try to run BCM). -Also tried using a different profile on the same machine with the same results.
Thanks, -Blake
