Email mail merge - multiple emails in field
Candy 12/9/2008 10:31:01 AM
Hi

I am trying to send out a mail merged email but some fail as some contacts
have more than one email address in the email field. What should they be
separated by to be able to send to both emails if possible?

Thanks

If any separator works, the fact hasn't been widely advertised.

i.e. AFAIK no separator works and you can only have one e-mail address in
the field that you specify as the email address field in the data source.

If you were to use the MapiLabs mailmerge toolkit you could use a semi-colon
as a separator in the email field and it also provides CC and BCC fields.
There is a trial version I believe.
