I attended Launch 2007 and received a copy of Office Professional 2007, which required me to download the .exe file. I then installed Office Professional 2007 from that .exe file and during that installation, I deleted my Office Professional 2003 (which had Business Contact Manager, BTW).
All works just fine in Office 2007, however, I do not have, nor can I find, Business Contact Manager in my Outlook 2007. I have re-installed and used the repaire function without success. The folder that came with my Launch disk indicates that it does include Business Contact Manager.
How do I get Business Contact Manager to show? I know I am most probably doing something very dumb <g>!
Thanks, Dan

Jerry: Thanks for hanging in there with me. To clarify my situation: 1. I attended the day long Microsoft Launch 2007 Seminar 2. They provided all attendees with a "Resource Kit" of Office Professional 2007 in return. That Resource Kit lists BCM as one of the included applications. 3. That Resource Kit required me to go to www.launchtour2007.com/download to get my copy of Office Professional 2007. 4. That site had 2 files to download: x12-30196.exe and x12-30093.exe 5. The "30196" download is for Office Professional, which I downloaded and installed. 6. The installation worked perfectly, except I cannot "see" BCM 7. My Question: How do I install BCM. I do not have a "second disk".
Can you help me? Thanks!! Dan

Raul: The LTG group couldn't solve the problem, but they did give me a phone number at Microsoft, which handled my problem!! It seems dummy me didn't notice the two download buttons when I originally installed Office from the Launch web site. Pabom at Microsoft quickly, politely and professionally had me hit the second button and all is well at last.
I'd also like to thank Jerry (above), as his answer was basically correct. I did need a second disk, but it was from a second download.
