Did I push a wrong button? FILENAME \p S:\wp\FV\Mo-DV\Consultant\nda&assign-consultant (form).doc The FILENAME/p should not be on it.... how do I fix it so this does not happen? thanks.

Try deleting the 'FILENAME \p textstring before the field. For some reason cannot highlight just the FILENAME \p part of the file path and cannot delete it. Also, in the file path as I demonstrated below there is a "square" symbol before and after the total file path, such as a code of some type. Any other suggestions? I think someone using this computer has accidentally turned this on or something but makes it impossible to save the correct file path. But you should be able to click in the field syntax and use backspace to delete the unwanted characters. To do this, however, you have to have the field code displayed, using Alt+F9.
