I assumed that I simply purchased it, downloaded it and printed it. The specific quote in his post was was "Check out my eBook on Moving from ACT! to BCM -- that'll answer some of the "daily doing" questions you have". Are you telling me that it is an actual physical book that can be purchased at a major book store? If so, is it titled Business Contact Manager for Dummies? I will pass a Barnes & Nobles on the way home from work and it would be very easy to stop and purchase the book if they have it.
