BCM failed to initialize the common language runtime

"Business contact manager failed to initialize the common language runtime.
the system cannot find the file specified."

I keep receiving this error message and do not know how to get rid of it. Or
how to fix it.
Suggestions please???

Try uninstalling .NET and then running BCM Setup again to put it back.
