When I try to design the business contact form in the personal forms section
the for opens in design view with all blank except for a message saying
"Business contact unable to initialize this form"...what do I do? TY

Mike,

Business Contact Manager does not allow form customization in this way. To
customize your BCM forms, go to Tools -> Forms -> Customize Forms... From
here you can create custom fields which will appear on the BCM forms.

Thanks,
Craig

Not sure what version of BCM you are using. This feature is availalbe in
2007 version of BCM. if you are using 2003 version, you won't be able to
customize.

What about being able to customize a form with just standard BCM fields.
Everytime I try to do this I get the error: "A predefined field 'Categories'
already exists". The question is quite simple: how does one modify a BCM form
to access the additional fields that exists. Obviously, the provided form
designer does not
allow the user to do that. Then, what tool does MS offer to modify this form?

When you figure it out let me know. I am VERY disappointed with this
product. As a matter of fact I upgraded from 2003 to 2007 because I was told
in '07 modifications were allowed. Well they are but so limited...it is
amazing that MICROSOFT puts out such an unusuable database product that cant
do what ACT did 7 years ago...good luck in any event
