Product Key Nicki 5/6/2007 9:39:00 PM Hi, I've had to reboot my laptop to factory settings and as a result i have had to reinstall VISTA and Office Professional 2007 - My product Key was sent to me by email but i can't import my back-up of everything because i've only been able to open it as a trial version - i am sure that my product key was saved somewhere online also but i cannot access this - can any one help ?/? please?/? -- Nicki
