I have an XV6700 and have already downloaded the microsoft bcm managment software, but i seam to be missing something. Can anyone help? Thanks, George

The call history on your WM device does not sync to anywhere in either Outlook or the BCM add-in. The BCM for Pocket PC that you have downloaded will allow you to sync up to 10 of your BCM Communication History items to a single Business Contact but the history must first originate from entries that you have made in the BCM application. Don't confuse the BCM "History" with your WM device Call "History." There is no automatic or manual linkage possible between them.
