Does onenote allow for the display and editing of multiple screens
simultaneously

yes, press CTRL-M or Window|New Window.

Make certain that you aren't editing files that are on the same page.
It is NOT possible to edit the same page on tow different windows,
unless they are on two different computers (via a shared notebook or
live sharing session).

thanks very much. It works great. thanks for the warning.
Are you aware of whether there is a view feature, similar to word's "reading
layout" that could make display of the text (ie resizing for smaller reading)
possible?

Best,
Ash

While OneNote doesn't have a Reading View, we do have what's called Full Page
View. It remove much of the UI so we maximize the editing (or viewing)
space. Just press [F11] to toggle, or use the icon to the right of "Help" on
the menu bar.

Thanks for using OneNote!
