I had the same thing happen. It was caused by:
1) Creating a shared notebook on computer A; 2) Opening the notebook from computer B; 3) Getting the two in sync; 4) while disconnected from A, renamed a folder in the shared notebook; 5) resync'd when connected again, but it didn't quite handle the change properly.
I managed to apply a little of Finnegan's Finagling Factor (meaning I did something but I don't know what) and things got coordinated again.
